Troll flight form not in yet?

I was looking forward to the bat flight form for my druid when I hit 60, but when I still turned into a bird I figured it was because the bat form only applied to epic flying. I hit 70 earlier today and I'm still a bird. 
I guess this is getting patched in later? Kinda odd...
