What faction is based in Vashj'ir ?

Quick question...at work now, so I can not check.
Anyone know what factions are present in Vashj'ir? (ie +faction for some quests)

I've only seen Earthen Ring so far.

Are all quests there for earthern ring or only a portion?
Just curious for faction grinding rep with the key factions.

There were some, not too many so far. But I'm only 35ish quests into the zone at the current time. The first 15-20 quests were not even related to Earthen Ring.
Some of the quests from Earthen Ring NPC's didn't give rep either. You'll see their quartermaster when you first come across a few of their rep quests.
