I wanna say 81 but I don't think I checked it before 82 which, IIRC, only gave me the options for BRC, ToT and DH.

I am 82 atm and almost 83 and can still do pretty much all of them

I think its a gear issue, not just level. I was able to que with my rogue at 82 who had almost no Cata gear as opposed to my Shaman who I fully geared in Cata gear (lots of blues) and couldnt que for a single one at 81.

Uh, yeah for all the poeple who hated gearscore, I'msurpised there isn't more Cata whining, since the dungeons queues are based on GS as well as level now.

If you're having issues with your ilevel when queueing up for dungeons, the best bet is to simply go to the AH, and pick up a couple blues/greens so that you can queue up for the dungeon right away.
It shouldn't be too expensive either (although this is relative).

Further, if you don't mind me asking, are you doing this for achievements, or because you want better gear?
I would say completely skip all Lick King Heroics and just enjoy the questing and dungeons in the CATA areas. Once you hit 85, go back to the Lich King dungeons with a couple of your guild mates so that you can get some guild rep, xp, and achievements.

Is gearscore used to figure whether or not one can queue for BC heroics?
