Kind of an interesting utility. Loads your toon from the armory and allows you to mess with gear, chants, etc.

It has an "optimize" option that tells you what to do to maximize your stats based on the stat weights - which can be modified.
I like the check box on the bottom after loading a toon... "Too lazy to get Exalted rep"

It's actually pretty cool. I like that it allows stat weight's to be edited and has exclusions.
