Gamers First's Racing Game. F2P.
Been playing this a bit. Showed it to a friend but didn't start playing until last night. He convinced me to play it since he's been playing a lot.

Nope. My friend plays on his keyboard, and smokes me at the moment. Mainly because his car is better
I play with an XBOX Controller, which works great.
You can use a wheel if you have one as well, though.
