So not sure about my old account info so did a new free trial, if I pay the $19.99 to go from the free trial to the full version, does this give me the full game with all expansions included?

Only to BC; You have to pay for WotLK and Cata separately, though if you buy both at the same time you can get 15% off the combined price.
So if you want the full game, you got to pay the 19.99 and like another 67 bucks.
