I don't have a passenger mount. 
I have given out gold and netherweave bags though - I must be a saint, eh?

Pretty rare for this to happen in WoW.
The WoW community is fkn terrible. One of the reasons I don't play anymore

The more newbies that can be discouraged from playing, the better for current players.
Blizzard needs to continue to lose subs by the millions to get to a place of humility so they will start designing games that don't suck again.

I help newbies every time I queue for a lowbie dungeon. I teach people how to tank.
I used to answer questions in /trade chat but that usually only got me a buddy I couldn't get rid of....

When the game was still new, I'd help noobs all the time. But pretty much every time I did, they wound up thinking I was their best friend and would never leave me alone, constantly asking for more and more and more.
Suffice to say, I haven't helped a noob in years, nor will I likely ever do it again.
