99% of the time the only leggy worth using is the spirit leggy
why would you get 250qui but only 6% speed

Why would you want 101 dex? If you're not pierce, not capping dex will open up a lot more options~

what about celtic dual? arent the cd styles better then pierce styles? why do you want to keep shades of mist? i only remember the ablative being nice for pve, but with lugs you have a better one.

as for advice i really dont have any, your requirements are pretty high.
