oddly enough it is real. Japan is a pretty small island, apparently there's not much to do there but come up with new fetishes and fantasies. If Andrew Zimmern switched venues from Bizarre Foods to Bizarre Fetishes, he could have a long career and never once leave Japan.

Went to Japan (and Thailand in Febuary/March) and yeah, they're really really weird over there...This is nothing compared to what goes on in those 2 countries!
