Neither Oak or Det defenses are going to give up much but I think that SF can run the ball and keep pressure off of Smith, while Cleveland really doesn't have much to protect Colt. Also, while both teams are bad, I can see the Sf/Det game being more of a shootout where touchdowns are being scored, while Oakland will salt the game away running the ball and limit possessions by both teams.
Though its not by a wide margin, it wouldn't surprise me if Colt outscored Smith, but I would go with Smith.
