Not sure why I did this in HDR but I like the small tweaks it added to the pic.
Shot it with my point and shoot Sony HX-1  I love that lil camera.

Very nice  I might have tweaked the composition a little, but it works very well the way it is. So perhaps not..

no tripod and no clue what I am doing (I just keep trying new settings till it turns out clear)
I need a tripod soon...and a couple more lenses and a light meter and a secondary flash and a remote and a larger case and a........

Don't really need a tripod for moon shots
Set your camera to f/11 and shutterspeed of 1/focal length (so for a 200mm lens, 1/200) and shoot
