Needs tips on early delivery lol

Any tips on having your baby on the early end of you due date? Long story short mu husband is gone for AIT training and we just learned that his class wont start for 6 weeks yet. I'm due in 7 weeks. I'm afraid that once he starts it wouldn't be good for him to miss class right away.
I'll take any tips, old wives tales or concoctions. lol Of course as long as baby and momma are safe. I already do a lot of walking. Keep in mind that husband is at the other end of the country which rules out some of the..um..less conventional methods

no advice here sorry, two c sections, baby 1 was transverse and didnt budge for 3 weeks, baby 2 was born 11 1/2 months later had high blood pressure with both
