Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

Tried this tonight and it came out absolutely faboo - served with a side of spaghetti and garlic croissant rolls
Ingredients:
* 1 large onion, sliced thinly
* 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 2 (6 oz each) cans tomato paste
* 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 2 cloves garlic minced
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon basil
* 1 bay leaf
* 1/4 cup dry white wine
* 1/4 cup water
Preparation:
Put sliced onion in bottom of slow cooker; top with chicken breast halves. Combine and stir together remaining ingredients. Spread over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, or 3 to 4 hours on high. Serve as a sauce for hot cooked spaghetti or similar pasta.
Serves 4.
