Edit: A few pitfalls for the inexperienced.
Don't add any salt. There's plenty of salt in Spam and the cheeses.
The video is a bit weak on tempering the eggs. The chef took some water used to boil the spaghetti
and mixed it good with the eggs before he put them in the bowel. This is done so they don't curdle.
