Guy can probably do a way better job that some that have been doing game show hosting for years. I'm thinking at least he would have some personality, and be funny.

I don't mind Guy that much. As far as hosts with phony energy go, his is more acceptable than most. I'll take him over the Man Vs. Food dude any day of the week. And it's not like he doesn't come from a food background, unlike some of the hosts on Food Network and Travel Channel. But I cannot stand his approach to cuisine. He's sort of like Bobby Flay for the TGI Fridays set.
