I microwaved a couple foot long sausages then slapped them on a soft shelled taco with some cheese and alittle garlic powder and lettuce and put them in a skillet with alittle oil in the bottom so it wouldnt stick/burn and let the shells crisp and heat through, melting the cheese. Its rather an interesting combination that I tried awhile back. It seems to be improving every time I make it.
I made a small side of instant mashed potatoes(just cause I didnt want wait and let the sausages get cold for anything else like rice to cook). I can usually dress up instant potatoes so that you really cant tell the difference between instant and fresh made

Im thinking of trying some hot sauce in it next time on the cheese to make it alittle spicy. Or maybe like a spicy mayo type sauce to go on top of it after it comes out of the frying pan...combo mayo/ricotta cheese/hot sauce/red pepper flakes. Hmm...

I rarely ever deep fry anything...just too healthy conscious. I guess eating sausages isnt that healthy but at least you dont add insult to injury.
