I'm going to grind my own spices now.

Made a bbq rub last night that called for powdered oregano. Didn't have any so I put some dried leaves into a coffee grinder and whizzed it to a powder.
That powder made my eyes water.
I'm getting whole coriander, cumin, and cinnamon.
