This is Grilling... the only rule is that it tastes good! oh wait you mean about the contest... Silly me

I'll get the ball rolling:

Steak Kabobs:

Marinade:
1/4 Cup - Olive Oil,
5 Sprigs RoseMary,
3 tsp - Seasoning Salt,
1 tsp - Pepper,
5 TBS - Whiskey/Red Wine (I usually go with whiskey)

(Something like that... can't quite totally remember the measurements.)

Let the steak Marinate for a few hours.

Give a rough chop to Two Green Peppers,A Yellow Pepper, One Red Onion, and A Zucchini

Put a dash of salt and pepper on the veggies and skewer them along with the steak or beef chunks.

Put it on the grill on a Low/Med - I use a charcoal Grill so I wait till all the coals are grey and have a low fire on them and cook it then.
