PSA: On quests where items drop on floor, suspect turbine "bug"

I just completed Harbinger and the blood on the ground disappeared after about 1 min. I suspect that it is because the value is 10 and the turbine "fix" to remove low value items quickly caused the item to disappear prematurely.
EDIT: Can someone please post this on the ign forum? It is not recognizing my turbine account login for some reason.

It is not unusual for people to still be in the process of rebuffing and running back at the time Harby is killed, as was the case last night. Always in the past there was plenty of time for people to be able to run back and get item.
