what did u guys think? i just watched it and i thought it was pretty great. loved the action scenes like when he was being chased in that casbah. fun stuff.
there was a post on ACF by some racist guy complaining that they did not use middle eastern actors for every single role, but i thought that all of the characters were convincing enough except for the oldest brother who looked super white. besides not like there is a famous enough middle eastern actor to star in a movie like this anyways.

I'm going to wait till it comes out on DVD. Nothing about the trailers or movie posters really excited me enough to want to go see it. I guess it looked too generic, another action-adventure movie that you've seen a hundred times before.

i got the blu ray and i keep watching the fight scenes and chase scenes over and over. shocking cause i normally hate jake gylnhal in all his other movies. and its weird seeing that guy from gandhi being the bad guy. it would rock if they made a sequel but doesn't seem possible from the way the movie went.
was my favorite movie in a long while...and was based on a video game. unlikely combo.

 i'm sure they could rape the ww and tt storylines to make it a trilogy. i mean the movie wasn't all that different from the game it raped.

Saw it on bluray, but out disc kept skipping back (which i'm attributing to a bad disc, as other blurays we watched afterwards didn't skip backwards).
Overall I enjoyed the movie, and it was pretty decent, but again, the trailers/commercials didn't really do it justice. Maybe it would've done better as a winter movie, rather than summer.
