I swear patents are bonkers. Netherlands court says in no way is this the same. And Samsung is free to sell their hardware. Meanwhile across the boarder, Germany outright bans it. I think BMW should sue Audi, because the small coupes look too similar.

Apparently the country of Germany thinks only Apple can make "minimalist, modern form" tablets. Does that mean Apple is going to sue everyone making Ultrabooks because they look like MacBook Airs next? Apple going to sue everyone that makes a cube shaped computer?
It's a shame these courts can't see what this is obviously about.

Yes and yes. Apple will sue anyone if it increases market share. This is Apple you're talking about (and there are many other companies that operate the same way as you know).
