That "list price" is so funny. That card was never worth $520. When it was release two years ago it had a retail price of $260. Today it is probably worth about what they have it priced with. I'd probably go with a 6850 for just $30 more.

I have a 5850 in my computer and back in March? of 2010 I paid between 250-300 for that card.
