Been mulling this over a little. What do you have, what do you do with it, is it meeting or exceeding expectations, can you mix in a discrete video card after the fact and still utilize APU function, and what ever else might be helpful or interesting info.

And can you install some sort of user-frienly Linux, like Mint or Ubintu? Does Linux support/have drivers for these out of the box?

The AMD APUs work with the lower end AMD graphics cards. I have seen some youtube videos of the hybrid setup running games like Dirt 3 cranked.
