There are a number of different metals like cast iron, steel, stainless steel, and non stick

Which is best in your opinion?

I don't use a Wok but I asked someone I know uses one all the time...steel or cast iron not non-stick or stainless, she said she has one cast iron and one steel that she uses for different food but one or the other would be fine .She also said it should be at least 2mm thick.

PS:Steel is the best from her point of view.(very good asian chef)
