I'll admit I was torn, wanting the opportunity to say I told you so if the Ducks lost.
I'll repeat that I have nothing but admiration for the Ducks. I like that they confound most pro style/Old School offenses, I like that they are fun to watch and I like their style. Even the uniforms are kinda cool. No they are not going to put a lot of people in the NFL but they win their games.
As long as they have a QB who is a serious throw threat and fast as greased lightening, with two or three other speedsters on the field they will keep winning. You can watch defenses struggle. If they run you don't know who has the ball until they are past the line of scrimmage. If you press to cover that they pass, or screen play to one of the backs.
They are a very hard team to stop.
