Not really. Less bad legislation would get passed, but some important legislation would get vetoed, too. We'd see a lot more of the Congressional supermajority overriding presidential vetoes. The only thing that would improve would be foreign policy.

Ron Paul would be impeached by both parties before the end of his first term and zero legislation would be passed. He would be like Gerald Ford and veto nearly every piece of legislation.

Soon there would be riots and unrest on the streets and it would be like the Sixties all over again.

When you think about it, riots and unrest are only things that make world a better place...which is bad thing, of course,

The 60s were before Ford not after ... Paul would let legislation he would veto stew on his desk for the allowed 15 days gumming up the legislation factory that is Congress, repeal all active executive orders and repeal all departmental regulations that were not approved by Congress.... all veto overridden legislation would then be declared unconstitutional with the Justice Department being tasked to take that legislation to court.

His ability to unwind all the power the Executive branch has accumulated since FDR would overwhelm the Congress.
