egg mcmuffin is the only thing I will eat from that place and that's rare.
McDonald's is gross, even by fast food standards. Is there anything closer to the bottom of the barrel?

sausage mcmuffin w/cheese and bacon
i havent had one in at least a year
do they still offer bacon on request?
