My Job

If I say I got way too many sandwiches or some other product in the load last week my boss then gives me totally not enough product the next week. I called up and told him to reduce the number of sandwiches and now this week I will be totally short for sandwiches. He is giving me NO sandwiches at all
All I can figure is he is trying to send me a message that I'm not doing things right but he is making my job hellish

So you don't actually order an amount? You just say "too many!" "Not enough!"
Can't you say "cut sandwiches by 15%?"

I told him exactly how many I wanted and his response was YOU GET NO SANDWICHES
Now I'm going to be short next week by a lot. The company is crazy. No wonder its struggling financially.
I figure they will fire me eventually. I'm not going to give my entire life to that company like they want.

I would send that to his boss..see what he has to say about that. I would also document every anti-company thing that man does, so I don't forget. Cover your ass.
