I'm getting a N 10,000

Decided to start a really large rocket project and am to power it with an N 10,000 motor, going to have to build it well, there is a bit of stress involved on both the rocket and the builder.

These are nice rockets but I'm going minimum diameter and hoping to top 40,000 feet.

When I was a kid we had these plastic rockets that you would fill up with water. Then you would hook up a bicycle pump type thing to it. After you pumped it up as much as you could you would hit the release and it would take off spraying water everywhere.
It was pretty cool.

i used to buy those model rocket kits.
sometimes id build the rockets and launch them at things. at one point i had built a shoulder launcher for them. i dont remember if i ever tried it or not.
i also used to disassemble the rocket motors and use the explosives for more entertaining stuff. then, in middle school, i learned the actual formula for real gunpowder and stopped buying the model rockets.
i also remember those red and clear plastic water rockets.
i remember getting blasted in the face with high pressure water when i tried to aim it at someone.

I wish I had the balls to build my own motor instead of going with a commercial motor but I want to increase the chances of everything going right. I'm trying to figure out how to pay for all of this without the wife finding out, I can't even put it on the company card because she does the books.
