My Wife's there right now watching the pilot out on Alcatraz with a bunch of Fox network sponsors.

She just called to tell me that she's drinking a big glass of one of my favorite wines. I think she was trying to rub it in.


Oh well. I saw the pilot last summer anyhoo. Pretty decent. Not a homerun but worth checking out.

The first episode airs Monday on Fox. It's one of those long arc mystery shows like Lost or Fringe. It's by JJ Abrahams so you know it's going to be good.

P.S Did you end up watching all of Terra Nova? I did and i thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope it gets renewed

I did watch it all. It got better after the first few episodes. It aint Shakespeare but it's got a good level of action.

At the party my Wife actually talked to the Director of Programming for Fox. He says that Terra Nova is on the bubble. No decision has been made yet. They're going to look at next year's pilots in the next few months and the decision on Terra Nova will come down to whether or not they think they have something better to go in its place.

Also she gave him a hard time about Firefly and apparently he was a good sport.
