The people who work for anything to do with DMV all seem to be quite rude. This woman was patronizing to me to the point of rudeness so I complained about her online. Got my emissions test today.

it is an awful and thankless job... and sometimes they get to deal with really weird creepos like in this instance.

Ya that may be true but there is still no reason to be rude. I deal with people all day long and very few are rude to me like that.
She is going to have to be more professional. I hope her boss enjoys my email.
And my job is ten times more thankless than hers. I only worked six hours today compare to the 12-14 I usually work and my boss called to try to figure out how to add more hours onto my day. I didnt even make this schedule. He did.
