Is There A Cheap Or Free Word Processing Program . . .

Is there a cheap or free word processing program that can open PDF files? I have a 'PDF Viewer' but it won't print the PDF files. I'm using 'Open Office' right now as my word processor.

Uh adobe reader lets you print. Although it doesn't let you save changes IIRC.

Libre Office 3 with the PDF extension. Libre Office used to be Open Office

I think Adobe will work.
Open Office doesn't do PDF as far as I can see.

Adobe Reader will print pdfs and is of course a free download from adobe.

Sumatra PDF isn't sluggish like other pdf programs.
Ninite.com is a sweet site with most of the free software you'll wanna install on a pc, including SumatraPDF - really useful especially after reinstalling windows.

Foxit Reader is a damn fine PDF viewer/printer, it's like 5MB (yes, five) large and does most everything that Adobe reader does.

Opened all documents I threw at it so far, rates high for me.
