How can someone who was arrested only a few days ago and isn't even in America already be tried, convicted and sentenced??

Oh, and the other side of the picture? Miguel Carano was convicted and sentenced for that murder... in Spain.
So basically tenkly, both sides of that image are 100% bullshit. It's no wonder you fell for it.
