When there are two turning lanes dont immediately go from the inside one to the outside one.

I guess the guy isnt used to driving his car much.

The cause for people going from the inside lane to the outside one without looking is low IQ. Period.

I am somewhat at a loss how you concluded he lives out of his car from a simple turn however.

He nearly immediately moved from the inside to the out nearly hitting my truck and then he glared at me in his rear view mirror like it was my fault lol

His car was totally full of junk and in very poor repair. I've seen cars like that before with homeless living in them.
