Democrats thought Saddam has WMD because they were told he had WMD. Only Bush had the truth so only Bush can be said to have lied. That is their thinking anyway. Even when most of the Democrat's statements predated Bush; Bush caused the intell to be biased and fooled them into thinking the WMD existed. Bush was even able to fake Saddam using WMD. Those are the liberal facts.
