Another complaint about my job

The people there seem a bit mean. I wonder if its because the company is struggling. The forman of the warehouse made this office girl cry when I was in the office today and this manager there made a really mean joke which was unrelated to her. Mean

She has some sort of speech impediment. Dont know her history.
I'm on the road too much to get to know too much about office politics and the people who work there.

My current office doesn't really have politics. We just tell someone right away when they've done something that bothers us. Then we carry on.
But just because she has a speech impediment doesn't mean she can't be mean

Bonk I have worked in 3 schools in 4 years. I refuse to work with people I don't respect. I'll be homeless before I do.
