My brother is having an excellent experience with his so I took the leap.

Local and long distance phone service for $19.99 a year.

I'll probably get one when my daughter is old enough to leave at home alone. No reason to get one until then, though. Dropping local phone and cable TV were among my better decisions of the last several years.

You'd still get lost but you could at least call for directions. She powers the vibrator with a Briggs & Stratton 20 HP backup generator so you should have plenty of power Just follow the cord...
