my grandma just passed her driving test at 92
which is scary as hell. ive been in a car with her, and she cant drive for shit

I could have a blood alcohol content of .25 and drive better than my Grandmother did the last time she passed her driving test.
If people really cared about road safety they'd put as much effort into getting old people off the road as they do getting drunks off the road. They don't because it's less about safety and more about feeling morally superior.

Yep this happens every day. I just passed a very old man driving his car ten miles under the speed limit on the freeway.

Towards the end my Grandmother swore her car only had one pedal and it was both the gas and brake in one.
Her muscle memory knew how to drive even though her mind had lost it.

When my grandma was older she had a road rage incident. It seems hard to believe since my grandma was always so easy going.
I guess this car cut her off or tailgater her or something and she road raged out and followed it very fast and ended up smashing into the back of it
