	Earlier today Bernard Lagat broke Galen Rupp's American record in the indoor 5000 meter race at the Millrose games. Then about 20 minutes later Galen Rupp broke Bernard Lagat's American record in the 2 mile race at USA Track and Field Classic in Fayetteville Arkansas. These are good times for USA distance running. 	Galen Rupp sleeps in a chamber that slightly lowers the oxygen level. He's been doing that since he was in high school.
