	My nephew keeps trying to compete with me. We went on a bike ride today. At the half way point he was really beat. I said we should have a handicap race. He would take a short cut back and I would make the full ride. As I had about 4 more miles than him I figured he would finally have a win under his belt. I mainly did it because I was tired of waiting for him. I got home and no Alex. I want back out to try to find him. When I got home he was there. He took a shorter route than we agreed on but tried too hard to beat me. At the top of the last hill he had to stop and puke for a while. I told him we would ride more he could hang in there a little better. His main mistake was trying too hard. Slow and steady until you can go fast and steady. Best trash talk of the day.
