I don't think the outpost has regular lotro players. Groucho has a kin on Landroval and several outposters, including me, made toons there and played for a while. When I play these days, I'm usually on Riddermark, but that might be two hours a week at random times.

I can't even remember the name of the server my toon is on. I played through the phased noob content to level 5 and quit.

Yeah, my group is on Landroval, but, most of us are currently playing SWTOR.
