His plan to raise taxes only on the wealthy is not going to do enough, we need to broaden the tax base if we have any chance at paying down our debt.

I would guess that the corporate tax overhaul is his plan to address the tax base Bonzo.

I think it's horsecrap because of recent data, but conventional wisdom says lower corporate taxes = more jobs.
