On a % basis that may be true. On an absolute basis, obviously not. Indonesia probably has at least 50 million more sensible, cool Muslims than we do.

240 million people live in indonesia. My guess is at least 180 million of them are Muslim. I am sure that at least 55 million of those are cool and sensible and not violent.

I feel so bad for American Muslims. They are in a very unfair position. It's almost as if they are a part of a massive, covert reeducation of sorts. Their country is killing innocent Muslims all over the world, while their countrymen MUST be wondering if they are a terrorist all the time, while their faith is on TV all day catching a bad rep from other Muslims and always, at all times just one poorly timed religious quote away from Gitmo.

They are wonderful people. The reason is America gives them equal opportunity and doesnt treat them as second class heroes'
Its great after 9/11 people in Seattle went to a bunch of Mosques and told the scared Muslims there they werent mad at them and they gave them flowers and stuff. This happened near me at the mosque at Northgate.
Treat them good and they wont go radical!

Except 1/2 the people in that bunch were FBI and they've been tapping every muslim phone call and someone knows someone's kid who got arrested and has never been the same since.

1.3 billion muslims in the world. Most all are just good people trying to provide for their family and live as moral lives as possible. The ones in the US are way less radical than the ones in Europe because America treats them better.
