From quitting my cop job. I must say, it's been nothing but positive. If you hate your job do yourself a big favor and start something new. The hard part is taking the leap, trust me.

im way ahead of you.
im going to miss the outdoors, working in the summer sun and crusing around in boats all day.
im NOT going to miss working in the cold, laying on my ear in a smelly bilge, crawling into places a 7yo chinese girl wouldnt fit to retrieve batteries that weigh more than i do...
i need to get my ass in gear and get get back to the grindstone

At my current level, yes. I plan to sell some produce this season and go larger next year. Eventually I might do a burger shop as well. This year I'm also thinking of selling deep-fried (tempura style) bacon on a stick for the 4th of July week.
