You should try your hand at Crusader Kings 2. It's easily their most polished title to date; I've yet to encounter any crashes or bugs. Plus there's fog of war! Lot of actual fun. Baby killing n' stuff. I'll post more about it later.

Yeah I really liked crusader kings and am thinking about buying 2. I've been waiting because I keep hoping someone will figure out how to let you play as a muslim if you want.

There was a way to do it in the demo but I think they patched it out. Don't remember many specifics from classes I took, but I do recall Muslim family dynamics being twisted enough that it'd be an entirely different game. They'd need an entire expansion dedicated to it. Or a very ambitious mod.

Crusader kings 2 is on my wishlist. I will for sure buy it when it's 20 bones or less. Didn't those guys make knights of honor? That's like a billion years old and I still play it.

Well in the original someone just came out with a mod that let you do it basically like you would with a christian king. It was kinda a ghetto fix (no multiple marriages and easy divorces, for example), but it worked well enough for me.
I've always been really interested in muslim spain. I would buy CK2 in a heartbeat if it let me play as an andalusian muslim king.

Haha oh yeah, the crusader kings I thing wasn't nearly that ghetto. That is old school ghetto. Although maybe I will buy the game now that someone figured that out. Thanks for the link.
