They are clearly the superior race in every way including being nearly immortal and they just slink away and give the world to men

they know that humans are badasses.

their alleged immortality just makes them pussies and they know it.

humans are willing to die (forever) to kill their enemies.
i doubt that elves have the same resolve.

you know that i am right because there are no elves today,
stupid or otherwise.
