You will need a pilots license and it will cost you about 300k to buy. This is about the same cost as a small cesna plane I think.

I have a friend who would love that, he flies in from French Valley airport to El Monte airport every day for work in a Buddy Holly killer.

It costs about the same as a plane and its FAA certified. It also only requires the lowest level of pilot license I think too.
