Have you tried a split seat? It works well for me. As we get older the seat starts to become important. When I was in Japan from 1977-80 I rode a bike with a hard plastic seat. Friends would only borrow the bike once. The best I ever had was a cloth seat but it never lasted. I have tried lots of seats but this last one seems to have done the trick. I got it a number of years ago but if you want I’ll look up the brand.
