If it says FDA organic it will have no pink slime which is ammonia treated meat by products

Actually it is marked.. It has to say 100% sirloin or something then you know its not left over parts of animal.

Actually, ground beef is a mixture of fresh beef and compressed beef trim. I work in a cold storage warehouse servicing a beef processing plant. The meat they use to change the fat percentage in ground beef comes in 100 lb blocks.

I wonder just how many billions private interestest have put into bribes to allow such a thing to happen.
