EA Bans My Account When I Change My Password, Customer Support "Can't Help"

I changed my password last week. Downloaded the ME3 demo over the weekend and couldn't get it to run. The Origin software would close whenever I got to the ME3 splash screen. So I logged into my EA account and got the "banned" message, got a live customer service rep who said it couldn't be helped and my ticket would be escalated to the 'senior division' (other evidence indicated I was chatting with someone on the other end of translation software). Four days later, no e-mail from EA, so I hit up another live rep who goes through the whole info routine, verifies that yes my account has been banned and is it ok if they escalate my ticket to the 'senior division'? I say that's what happened four days ago, when can I expect a response from the senior division.

ANYTIME you talk to tech support the first question you should be asking is "can i talk to your supervisor?"
i usually prefer the direct statement method "hi. let me talk to your supervisor."

I've tried that as well, EA tends to end tech support conversations when I do that.

Yeah well, apparently EA couldn't buy Steam, so they built their own busted version of DRM that is required for games of the talent they've purchased and whore out.
